How it works
The I-ATIC Business Opportunity Framework.
A structured path from a member’s business requirement to real conversations and reviewed outcomes.
Step 1
Business profiling
Record the member’s products, services, expertise, target markets and collaboration requirements.
Step 2
Opportunity identification
Capture requirements such as overseas distributors, buyers, suppliers, technology partners or investment dialogue.
Step 3
Relevant matching
Identify potentially suitable contacts from available member networks and partner relationships.
Step 4
Introductions
Facilitate introductions or meetings where suitable contacts are available and consent is obtained.
Step 5
Follow-up
Encourage participants to agree on next steps and maintain communication.
Step 6
Outcome review
Collect feedback on meetings, collaborations initiated and opportunities explored.
The council will develop this framework progressively in line with its resources, membership scale and operational capacity.
Sector councils
Organised around the industries members work in.
Sector councils and working groups may be established for priority industries, depending on member demand and approved programmes.
- Manufacturing
- International trade
- Technology
- Startups
- Logistics
- Education
- Healthcare
- Professional services
- …and other priority industries
